From September 6-9, DANCELiGHT, a leading lighting brand under JAN CHENG Lighting Group, made a grand appearance at the Kaohsiung Construction Expo. Their exhibit, spanning 16 booths on the first floor of the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center (K2010), focused on three core themes: aesthetic living, energy-saving carbon reduction, and healthy lighting. Among the numerous products displayed, a standout feature was the light film that can synchronize with music, visuals, or computer screen backgrounds. This innovative product offers 136 modes and can be custom-sized to fit different environments, demonstrating DANCELiGHT’s leadership in lighting innovation.

During the expo, DANCELiGHT was invited by the Kaohsiung Interior Design and Decoration Association to host a seminar titled "Lighting Aesthetics and Energy-Saving Carbon Reduction" on September 8 at 2:00 p.m. in the "Discussion Zone" of the expo. The seminar, led by Feng You-Jia, Deputy Manager of JAN CHENG Lighting Group’s product department, explored how to blend aesthetics with environmental principles and shared lighting solutions for sustainable design.

Huang Chen-Wei, General Manager of JAN CHENG’s Southern Business Division, highlighted that DANCELiGHT is showcasing a range of products at the expo, including soft strip lights and aluminum channel lights, as well as track lights, downlights, and pendant lights. She emphasized the 8mm soft strip light module, which offers flexible and smooth lighting solutions, making it an ideal choice for refined interior designs. DANCELiGHT's products are designed to create a unique and comfortable lighting ambiance, enhancing the aesthetic experience in commercial, residential, and office spaces.

Committed to environmental responsibility, DANCELiGHT is actively responding to Taiwan's 2050 net-zero emissions goal. As of June 2024, 95 DANCELiGHT products have received energy-saving certifications, and 35 have earned eco-label certifications. Featured at the expo is DANCELiGHT’s eco-certified soft light panel, which combines high-efficiency lighting with a specially designed prismatic panel that reduces glare and provides comfortable illumination while achieving over 50% energy savings. DANCELiGHT is continuously developing high-efficiency products to promote sustainable lighting and has introduced LED source recycling bins at select dealer locations to facilitate proper disposal and reduce environmental waste.

As consumer awareness of quality lighting grows, the demand for healthy, comfortable lighting environments has become a key design consideration. DANCELiGHT’s high color rendering full-spectrum ceiling lights and anti-glare recessed lights meet this growing trend. The full-spectrum ceiling light, with a color rendering index of RA95, enhances color accuracy and reduces eye strain, improving concentration. The anti-glare recessed lights, designed with optical and structural features, minimize glare and incorporate flicker-free eye-protection chips, providing soft, even light and a comfortable visual experience—reflecting DANCELiGHT's commitment to promoting healthy lighting in modern homes and offices.

Feng You-Jia, Deputy Manager of the product department at JAN CHENG Lighting Group, will lead the session, discussing how to incorporate aesthetics and environmental principles into design while sharing sustainable lighting solutions.
